Hm... we know that items CAN exist in outposts, as they do in many events.
But why to? When people make private parties? Won't be in that case better just to give the rewards directly by trades? |

I have a feeling the OP just wants to be able to pull off the "hey there is a trade bug, lets trade items outside by you droping them on the group" without having to actually go outside.
